JOB DESCRIPTION: Act as a support for the Product Development team. The department oversees estimating, purchasing, interior design and drafting.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and maintaining certificates of insurance for all vendors
  • Issuing and tracking contract agreements
  • Ability to analyze, manage, and generate contract and insurance compliance reports.
  • Assisting in procurement of bids
  • Managing manufacturers rebate programs
  • Support in Accounts Payable functions.
  • Gather and help present product samples from various vendors.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Construction industry experience, new home building experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic insurance knowledge
  • Highly detailed orientated and a self-starter
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Purchasing

The position is to handle all of the material quoting, detailing, purchasing & coordinating deliveries for all of our projects. CAD skills are definitely beneficial for detailing material layouts. We have also utilized this position for light duty project management on smaller projects with 1-2 on their plate at a time.

A purchaser/ estimator with a commercial construction background would be ideal but we would also entertain people from the residential world, I would imagine there some lumberyard guys looking for more stability. Pay range on this position is very flexible depending on the skill set they bring to the table, an entry level purchaser in the 60K range, where a seasoned guy that project manage multiple jobs is worth 80-90K easily.

Need an Accounting Manager with Epicor background to do payables, balance sheets, handle cash at bank, invoices, and some HR duties.

Need an Estimator to work on commercial projects. Primarily an inside/office position. Good numbers person. AutoCAD a plus but not necessary. Salary negotiable.

Tool and Die Maker
Position Summary Understand the tool building processes from specifications such as noted in blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts. Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets up and operates machine tools, and fits and assembles parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and machinists’ hand tools.  Essential Functions To assist production team to assure the timely completion of a quality product and to meet all quality standards and customer specifications.  Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Level 3 23. Examines standard or previously used dies, tools, and jigs and fixtures, and has skill to recommend design modifications regarding construction and function of part.24. Assist design in selecting select metals to be used from a range of metals and alloys, based on properties such as hardness and heat tolerance.26.
