Saw Operator– 2nd Shift (Work 4 Days. 3 Days Off)
Ability to read blue prints.
This position requires cutting/sawing a variety of materials to various lengths. Materials include tube, bar, etc. in steel, stainless, and aluminum.
This person may also cross train to run a laser cutting machine.

Welder – 2nd Shift (Work 4 Days. 3 Days Off)
MIG and/or TIG Experience
Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. (2nd shift position – work 4 days, 3 days off)
This person will be welding (MIG and/or TIG and Spot welding)

Machine Assembler II or III (Depending on Experience & Skills)
Job Summary:Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, this position assembles and tests completed machines and other products in the shop. This position also travels to client sites for installation, final assembly, start-up and trouble-shooting of products or machines. (Full descriptions available on request)

Operates all shop machines / tools such as; band saw, cut-off machine, drill presses and hand toolsReads and interprets engineering production printsAssembles and builds all automated machinery productsCompletes welding tasks using TIG & MIGModifies and adjusts equipment while working closely with engineeringHas knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics and the ability to plumbRead electrical schematics and assemble electrical panels, ability to use a volt meter (AC/DC and 3 Phase)Set-up and conduct tests of equipment before shipping and on-sitePerforms general maintenance on production tools and equipmentCompletes necessary paperwork and utilizes ERP system

Mid/Senior level roles also include:Diagnoses customer problems with previously installed systems via telephone and on-site visitsUses computer software e.g.: Allen Bradley, Panel View and Programmable Control Skills to program machineTrouble-shoots overall machine operations at customer and home facility, including: • Making minor and major changes to Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) codes • Reconnecting internal machine utilities i.e. electrical, air, hydraulic hoses, etc. disassembled for shipping• Pneumatics
Leads and instructs the work of employees in lower levels

Press Brake Operator- Looking for a 1st Shift Press Brake Operator with 4+ years of Press Brake Set-up and Operation. Amada Brand Experience Preferred.-JG

Structural Designer or Civil/Structural Engineer, EITStructural Designer or Civil/Structural Engineer, EIT
Education Required: Associate’s Degree In Architectural/Structural Drafting or Equivalent
Experience Required: 1+ years Industry ExperiencePrior Structural Experience Preferred
Required Skills:
• Must be proficient in Revit /AutoCAD• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, email, database and Internet software.• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills• Self-Motivated, Strong Attention to Detail and Good Organization Skills• Ability to Work Independently and with Project Engineer
