Consults with the salesperson to verify specifications on job sheets. The drawing is submitted to the customer for approval or modification. Upon approval, the job is scheduled for production and a parts list is prepared and submitted to Purchasing Agent.• Conducts quality audits of projects in production by communicating daily with production staff on the manufacturing process; answers questions of production staff; resolves production challenges with customers as necessary; to ensure that the finished product meets specifications and customer’s expectations.• Prepares documentation for equipment including: parts list, prints, maintenance manual for each component to ensure that the customer has complete and accurate maintenance plans for the equipment.• Responds to customer equipment challenges by reviewing the customer file, determining the nature of the challenge and developing a solution to ensure that the equipment operates properly and the customer is satisfied. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Communicates well with groups of customers or employees of the organization.
