We are currently hiring a Full-Time EDM Wire Set up/Operator to work in our Pine City Location. Responsibilities include:
• Program, Set Up & Operate wire EDM machines
• Ability to work as team player
• Troubleshoot and edit programs
• Meet Production schedules
• Ability to interpret drawings
• Experience with setup/programming CNC Mills would be a bonus

Signing Bonus – $3,000
Plan and organize loads within region to dispatch trucks to meet customer requests and production team activities.
Communicates with customers to determine driver demand and driving schedules.
Notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data into a computer database.
Prepare delivery tickets for drivers and respond to inquiries from drivers.
Utilize multi-line phones, two-way radios, and computer software for data entry and route coordination.
Performs administrative duties.

High School diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Job Role & Responsibilities
The Pipe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team with accurate project take offs, estimates and quotes for storm sewer and sanitary projects in the state of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin and setting up new projects and updating and closing them in SXE Insight. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with sales representatives, pipe project coordinators and pipe project managers.
Responsibilities• Creates accurate take offs and quotes using Manhole Pro and PJM.• Reviews construction drawing plans and designs to ensure that quotes and estimates adhere to project specifications and standards. • An Inside Sales Representative quotes at least 700 projects per season. • Stays up to date with city, county and dot specification changes in the state of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.• Searches for construction projects/leads using construction connect, Quest CDN, MBEX, City or County Websites and adds projects to the public bid calendar.• Obtains plans, addendums and plan holder lists for each project bidding.• Creates a project folder in company server and saves all relevant information to the folder. • Reviews estimates with Sales Representatives or Project Managers as needed. • Sets up new projects in SXE and enters them in the job log.• Obtains quotes from vendors for special resale items.• Closes projects in SXE and submits list of unsold special structures to sales representatives and pipe operations for billing and disposal.• Strong understanding of concrete pipe and precast manufacturing process, plant production capabilities and storm water and sanitary applications is a must.
MDS Staffing is seeking a Tool Maker. This person would build dies from beginning to end, including assembly and assist with die maintenance. Progressive die experience would be helpful , but for sure they need to be able to make blank, compound blank, and form dies. Training on progressive dies will be considered for the right candidate.
The normal shift is 7:00am – 3:30pm M-F, but they are currently working 6:00am – 4:30pm M-F due to work load.
