Project Coordinator (Hybrid/Flex)
Seeking a results-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience and a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities• Liaison between Project Manager and Project Team to manage project schedules and milestones.• Work with Project Manager on specification preparation and RFI’s from contractors.
Process incoming RFI’s, Drawing Submittals, and change requests – distribute to internal team, follow-up, document and respond to appropriate external parties. Issue the required state/city electronic submittals required by jurisdiction. Transfer data (milestones, deliverables, and dates) into scheduling software. Revise and update project schedule as requested by PM.
QA/QC on drawings for revisions, title block and consistency within project and disciplines. Assist in proposal preparation. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years Project Coordinator Experience. Knowledge of Construction Industry – a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Project Software a plus. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam Studio Revu preferred.
