We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our team as an Operations Specialist in Lakeville, MN.• This position offers the opportunity to join as fast paced, goal-oriented team. A considerable amount of time of this position is manufacturing administration. • You will be responsible for owning these processes; from quotes, to order entry, determining material availability, producing production documents, generating Bills of Lading for shipments, as well as invoicing customers. This position will report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Production Manager.

Additional responsibilities for this role include entering Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables transactions in a timely and accurate fashion. As well as answering a multi-line phone system. • A successful candidate will have the proven ability to successfully multi-task, and reprioritize in a consistently changing deadline driven environment, while ensuring that processes and procedures are being followed.  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to fine details with large amounts of data entry into an ERP system.• This candidate should have great communication skills to effectively work with customers, vendors, as well as co-workers.• Good organizational skills, previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment will be very helpful in this role. • This candidate should be well versed in office procedures and equipment, as well as with Microsoft products (Office, Word, Excel). Quick books and knowledge of ERP system is a plus.
