- Interpret architectural/structural intent from contract documents
- Understand how to handle discrepancies in contract documents
- Modify drawings as red-marked by another team member
- Know the budgeted time per sheet or per detail and keep track of own progress
- Check own plot of drawings before giving them to the Team Leader or Project
Manager and mark in red anything that is in question
- Give Team Leader updated drawings as they are done or revised
- Draw elevations, plans and sections as directed by the Team Leader
- Draw details as directed by the Team Leader
- Dependable for accuracy and precision
- Able to draw using good presentation practices
- Able to follow basic seal lines and ensure system air/water integrity
- Able to understand deadload/windload connections
- Understand system movements due to thermal, live-load and dead-load
- Learning detail build-ability and effects to customer costs
- Read and understand shop drawings in order to draw fabrication drawings
- Draw fabrication drawings as directed by the Team Leader
- Input final tags on elevations while drawing individual fabrication drawings
- All other tasks as assigned or as apparent
