Required Skills and experience:
-Working knowledge of 3D CAD software, Solidworks preferred
-Computer literacy including proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP system
-3+ years of product design
-Agricultural background with hands-on mechanical experience
-Creative, yet practical, problem solving
-High attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
-Ability to work as part of a small business team
-Create aftermarket product kits for agricultural equipment, as directed by Development Supervisor
-Maintain and revise product prints
-Create technical diagrams and installation instructions
-Provide basic technical phone support during busy season
-Create time saving ergonomic fixture designs for manufacturing shop
-Create compression mold designs
-Lead and organize basic development projects

Design Engineer/Program Manager: Injection Molding
Seeking an experienced designer or project manager within the injection mold industry. This technical project liason will coordinate projects between customers and design staff, and throughout the entire manufacturing process. Mold design/tooling design experience requireed, although day to day design work would be minimal. Injection molding related to the medical industry highly preferred.
Fabrication and machining for custom and complex injection mold tooling.
MDS Staffing is seeking a machinist. This person would support die makers by mainly using mills, surface grinders, and occasionally drill presses to produce component blocks for the dies. This position is open to someone that just graduated from machinists school as well as experienced machinists. Pay rate will depend upon experience level, but the range would be between $16 and $20 per hour. The normal shift is 7:00am – 3:30pm M-F, but they are currently working 6:00am – 4:30pm M-F due to work load.
