J-2313 Purchasing Assistant for Residential Construciton

JOB DESCRIPTION: Act as a support for the Product Development team. The department oversees estimating, purchasing, interior design and drafting.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and maintaining certificates of insurance for all vendors
  • Issuing and tracking contract agreements
  • Ability to analyze, manage, and generate contract and insurance compliance reports
  • Assisting in procurement of bids
  • Managing manufacturers rebate programs
  • Support in Accounts Payable functions
  • Gather and help present product samples from various vendors
  • Other administrative duties as assigned



  • Construction industry experience, new home building experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic insurance knowledge
  • Highly detailed orientated and a self-starter
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
